Free, quick, and a tasty ten-minute graze of Gouda samples before you buy — but it's fundamentally a cheese shop with a token basement 'museum', so treat it as free samples, not an attraction. The honest add-on: taste here, but if you actually want to buy good cheese to carry home, walk five minutes to De Kaaskamer in the Nine Streets, a real cheesemonger that will cut, vacuum-pack, and advise rather than sell you a gift-wrapped tourist wheel.
