As a couple, Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom) works.
The Wilhelmine baroque interior and the Hohenzollern crypt are genuinely impressive, and the dome walk gives a close-up view across Museum Island. The catch: it's a relatively young (early-1900s) church charging cathedral-level admission, and it can feel more pomp than piety.
