After closing their acclaimed Lode & Stijn in 2023, the Dutch duo regrouped here on Torstrasse with a looser, more à-la-carte register — regional ingredients given global verve, 'uncomplicated and fun to eat' rather than a fixed tasting-menu march. The glazed ground-floor room is bright and contemporary, and the cooking still carries the same precise hand.
