Unbeatable for convenience and the postcard view of the walls from the water. The catch is it's small, packed and pebbly in summer, and much of the prime real estate is the paid beach club with steep loungers and drinks — the free public strip gets shoulder-to-shoulder. Great for a quick dip with a view, less so for a chilled beach day.
