Even on a tight schedule, Cibrèo Trattoria (Cibreino) earns the hours.
Allow 1.5 hours.
A snug, communal-table room serving the same kitchen as the formal Cibrèo next door at a third of the price, with no printed menu and famously no pasta. The signatures are fixed and worth the trip: the silky yellow-pepper soup, the inzimino, the tiny meatballs, the flourless chocolate cake. Picchi died in 2022 but the family carries the cooking on, and the room still has more soul than almost anywhere in the city.
