A loud, neon, free-to-enter outdoor promenade bolted onto Universal Studios — chain restaurants, shops and a big cinema. There's no real substance and nothing here you can't get at any upscale outlet mall, so the only time it makes sense is as a bookend to a Universal park day: somewhere to eat and decompress before the drive home without paying for another ticket. As a standalone destination it's never worth the trip.
