The most knowingly cheesy of LA's star tours — a bus crawl past gated mansions while a TMZ-style guide narrates gossip and pop-culture trivia. You almost never see anything beyond hedges and security gates, so the real product is the guide's patter and the kitsch, not the celebrities. It works only if you go in treating it as an ironic, in-on-the-joke ride; anyone hoping to actually glimpse a star will feel ripped off.
