A meaningful, beautiful landmark — modeled on Seville's Giralda, it processed tens of thousands of Cuban refugees in the 1960s and now houses cultural exhibitions. The catch: it's primarily significant for its history and exterior; it's often partly closed for renovation and won't fill more than a short visit.
