Widely the most rewarding museum in Nice — a luminous, purpose-built space holding the largest collection of Chagall's biblical paintings, plus stained glass and a mosaic pool. Compact and uncrowded; the only catch is it's a uphill walk or bus from the centre and you'll be done in under two hours.
