Is Golden Lane worth it for photographers?

Worth itFor photos

For beauty & photography, Golden Lane delivers.

A genuinely charming miniature street of doll-sized houses, with a small arms exhibit upstairs and a Kafka connection (he wrote at No. 22). The catch: it's part of the paid castle circuit, mobbed and single-file by day, and the cottages are now mostly gift shops. Visit at opening or after 5pm (when it's free and empty) to actually feel it.
