A hidden, impeccably formal little garden climbing the hillside, almost empty even in season, with a top terrace framing the castle beautifully. The catch: it's small, seasonal (closed in winter), ticketed for what is essentially a 30-minute stroll, and easy to miss behind its gate. A jewel for those who seek calm and symmetry over sights.
