Is Japanese Tea Garden worth it for history buffs?

DependsFor history

For history & culture, Japanese Tea Garden is hit or miss.

A serene, beautifully maintained pocket of arched bridges, koi ponds, bonsai and a tea house — lovely and calming. The catch: it's small, you'll loop it in 45 minutes, and on weekends the narrow paths and the iconic drum bridge get a queue.
