The open-air rooftop with the Crossing far below and Fuji on the horizon at sunset is the single best skyline shot in Tokyo, and sunset slots sell out fast for that reason. The catch: the open deck closes in bad weather, the sunset slot is a scrum for the corner photo spots, and it's pricier than the indoor decks.
