Yoyogi Park is a real time commitment — fit it in only if it's a priority.
Allow 1–2 hrs.
A rare wide-open lawn where Tokyo comes to picnic, jog, drum and dress up — Sunday afternoons bring rockabilly dancers and buskers, and it's free and easy. It's a hangout park, not a sight: no big monuments, and on a rainy weekday there's little reason to make a trip of it.
