Caravelle · Updated July 26, 2026

Privacy and security, plainly stated.

This notice explains what Caravelle collects through gocaravelle.com and the Caravelle platform, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request a demo, we collect the professional-fit answers you choose to provide. If you continue to scheduling, Cal.com collects the contact and appointment details needed to arrange the conversation. When a practice uses Caravelle, we may also process account details, client profiles and preferences, recommendations, communications, itinerary and reservation information, and other content the practice places in its workspace.

Information from the site

We may receive browser and device details, referring and landing pages, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers. Google measurement tools load only when they are configured and you allow analytics. You can change that choice through the analytics-preferences control on the site.

How information is used

  • To evaluate and respond to demo requests.
  • To provide, secure, support, and improve the Caravelle platform.
  • To operate client intelligence, recommendation, itinerary, and trip-support features.
  • To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To understand which campaigns lead to genuine enquiries and bookings.

Connected accounts and client review

Where a user chooses to connect an outside account, Caravelle requests only the access needed for the selected feature. Connected-account credentials are encrypted and access can be revoked. Travel history proposed from an optional client Gmail import remains subject to client review before it becomes part of an approved profile, and Gmail data is not used for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

We use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, scheduling, security, analytics, communications, and other infrastructure needed to run the service. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization. Caravelle does not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, tenant-scoped records, encrypted connected-account credentials, and protected client links. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practical.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain uses; or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@gocaravelle.com.

Other services and changes

Links and embedded services, including scheduling providers, are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as the service or applicable requirements change. See the website terms for additional conditions.
