Website terms.
These terms govern the Caravelle public website and demo-request experience. A separate written agreement governs use of a Caravelle workspace.
Agreement and scope
By using gocaravelle.com or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms. A demo request begins a conversation; it does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access to the platform, or establish pricing or service commitments.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with or probe the site, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, scrape or automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Content and third-party services
The site's writing, visual design, trademarks, and original materials belong to Caravelle or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party links and embedded services, including scheduling tools, are governed by their own terms.
Availability and disclaimers
The public site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or change parts of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caravelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms prospectively when posted. If one provision is unenforceable, the others continue to apply. Questions may be sent to hello@gocaravelle.com. The privacy notice explains how information is handled.
